About Our Farm

After pursuing other ventures for years before deciding to finally take the plunge into a lifelong dream, my husband and I bought enough land to start my farm. I started Red Bird Ranch to bring a sustainable farming system to the area. We really try to respect the circle of life in everything we do on the farm. Nothing is wasted, and we try to respect the natural way of existing on our land without killing healthy microorganisms essential to the soil.

While most of our farm revolves around our herd of Nigerian Dwarf goats, we also raise chickens, grow summer produce, and create bath products from our goat milk. Our animals help create a fertile land to grow our produce, our produce is rotated to rest the land, and scraps are fed back to our animals to offer a varied diet to keep animal welfare and happiness high. You can be assured our animals are raised and cared for in the best way possible, and we hope to reflect our love for our animals in everything we do.
